Our People

Ryan Longmuir, our Managing Director, takes a hand-on approach and has cultivated a team of highly motivated and skilled staff who are only too happy to tailor a package to each client’s taste and budget.

We have 40 full time staff and over 100 part time staff who are on hand. Each staff member brings a wealth of experience – from chefs who have worked in some of the best restaurants in Scotland, to experienced event managers and friendly personable waiting staff. Being a family run company we have an enviable reputation of delivering what we promise, by employing enthusiastic positive people, who we empower to manage and drive our business forward, knowing that they have a superb support team behind them to help deliver the promise. We champion creating leaders and have many stories of staff who have joined early on in their working lives developing through the ranks to now be in senior roles within the business.
