“We started Regis Banqueting many years ago with a love for food and serving people. I feel eating is a place where people should laugh, love and share together, whether family friends or colleagues, sampling exciting new flavours and food trends celebrating and enjoying each other’s company. We wanted to bring this love to others and serve them in such a way where they feel special and looked after no matter how big or small the event.”

Ian joined Regis Banqueting in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. As Warehouse Manager, Ian is responsible for overseeing both the warehouse and operations departments, he has a keen eye for detail and an exceptional understanding of logistics.

In his role Ian ensures that all equipment and resources are in place to support a wide range of events, from elegant weddings to large-scale corporate functions, his dedication to efficiency and seamless operations plays a crucial role in the success of each event we host.

When asked about his role, Ian shared, “I enjoy the fast pace of Regis and the variety that every day brings.” His passion for his work shines through in his commitment to delivering outstanding service every time.

Kelly brings over 20 years of experience to the catering industry and attributes her remarkable career growth to the opportunities provided by Regis. She excels in leading her team, ensuring every event delivers exceptional service from start to finish.

Lauren Reilly has been a key part of the Regis team for almost five years, bringing energy, creativity, and dedication to everything she does. As our Marketing and Events Manager, Lauren thrives in the fast-paced world of events—her passion for planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional experiences is second to none.

While events are where she truly shines, Lauren is equally enthusiastic about the marketing side of the business. She brings fresh ideas and a strategic mindset to campaigns that elevate the Regis brand and connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. Lauren’s drive, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the team and a big part of what makes Regis tick

Chris Boyd has been an integral part of the Regis team for the past four years. Starting out as a chef, his talent, dedication, and leadership quickly saw him rise through the ranks—from Chef to Head Chef, and now Kitchen Operations Manager.

Chris is passionate about great food, highly organised, and leads with a calm, supportive approach that brings out the best in his team. He runs a friendly and efficient kitchen, ensuring every dish that leaves it meets the high standards Regis is known for. Committed to excellence and always looking for ways to improve and evolve, Chris plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency that our clients love.

Stuart joined the Regis team in early 2025 and has quickly become a vital part of our kitchen leadership. As Head Chef, he brings passion, precision, and a calm confidence that makes a big impact both in and out of the kitchen.

Highly organised and a true team player, Stuart has taken on the responsibilities of leading our kitchen operations with professionalism and care. His supportive approach and high standards have made him a great influence on our team of chefs, helping to foster a positive, hardworking, and creative kitchen culture. Stuart’s commitment to quality and collaboration makes him a fantastic addition to the Regis family.
