“We started Regis Banqueting many years ago with a love for food and serving people. I feel eating is a place where people should laugh, love and share together, whether family friends or colleagues, sampling exciting new flavours and food trends celebrating and enjoying each other’s company. We wanted to bring this love to others and serve them in such a way where they feel special and looked after no matter how big or small the event.”

Kevin Carr brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry to his role as Sales and Office Manager at Regis. Since joining the team in 2025, Kevin has made an immediate impact—his very first month saw him diving headfirst into the fast-paced environment of the Royal Highland Show, where he thrived under pressure and proved his capability from day one.

Passionate, creative, and driven, Kevin excels at building relationships and finding innovative solutions to support both our clients and internal team. His energy and dedication have quickly made him a valued member of the Regis family, and we’re excited to have him help shape our continued growth.

Kelly brings over 20 years of experience to the catering industry and attributes her remarkable career growth to the opportunities provided by Regis. She excels in leading her team, ensuring every event delivers exceptional service from start to finish.

Brian  joined Regis in 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in business development across a range of industries. With a proven track record of driving growth and building strong partnerships, Brian is passionate about helping Regis reach new heights.

In addition to his role with us, Brian also runs his own successful business, giving him a unique, real-world perspective on strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His kind nature, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for what he does make him an invaluable member of the team. Brian is focused on uncovering new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring long-term success for Regis.

Ian joined Regis Banqueting in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. As Warehouse Manager, Ian is responsible for overseeing both the warehouse and operations departments, he has a keen eye for detail and an exceptional understanding of logistics.

In his role Ian ensures that all equipment and resources are in place to support a wide range of events, from elegant weddings to large-scale corporate functions, his dedication to efficiency and seamless operations plays a crucial role in the success of each event we host.

When asked about his role, Ian shared, “I enjoy the fast pace of Regis and the variety that every day brings.” His passion for his work shines through in his commitment to delivering outstanding service every time.

Amanda Wilson plays a vital role at Regis as our Financial Controller, overseeing the financial health and stability of the business with diligence and care. Her sharp attention to detail and strong financial insight ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

But Amanda’s impact goes far beyond numbers—she’s known for her kindness, reliability, and willingness to step in and support the wider team wherever she can. Whether it’s helping out beyond her role or offering a hand when it’s needed most, Amanda is a true team player. Her dedication and commitment to Regis make her an invaluable part of our success.

Chris Boyd has been an integral part of the Regis team for the past four years. Starting out as a chef, his talent, dedication, and leadership quickly saw him rise through the ranks—from Chef to Head Chef, and now Kitchen Operations Manager.

Chris is passionate about great food, highly organised, and leads with a calm, supportive approach that brings out the best in his team. He runs a friendly and efficient kitchen, ensuring every dish that leaves it meets the high standards Regis is known for. Committed to excellence and always looking for ways to improve and evolve, Chris plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency that our clients love.

Stuart joined the Regis team in early 2025 and has quickly become a vital part of our kitchen leadership. As Head Chef, he brings passion, precision, and a calm confidence that makes a big impact both in and out of the kitchen.

Highly organised and a true team player, Stuart has taken on the responsibilities of leading our kitchen operations with professionalism and care. His supportive approach and high standards have made him a great influence on our team of chefs, helping to foster a positive, hardworking, and creative kitchen culture. Stuart’s commitment to quality and collaboration makes him a fantastic addition to the Regis family.

Lauren Reilly has been a key part of the Regis team for almost five years, bringing energy, creativity, and dedication to everything she does. As our Marketing and Events Manager, Lauren thrives in the fast-paced world of events—her passion for planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional experiences is second to none.

While events are where she truly shines, Lauren is equally enthusiastic about the marketing side of the business. She brings fresh ideas and a strategic mindset to campaigns that elevate the Regis brand and connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. Lauren’s drive, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the team and a big part of what makes Regis tick

Joanne Flockton has been a dedicated member of the Regis team for over four years, bringing consistency, care, and in-depth knowledge to her role as Assistant Sales & Office Manager. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, while also managing relationships with our valued corporate clients.

With a deep understanding of Regis’s internal processes and operations, Joanne is often the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Loyal, kind, and incredibly hardworking, she’s a true team player who always puts the company and her colleagues first. Joanne’s passion for Regis shines through in everything she does, making her an essential part of the team.

Will joined Regis in 2024 and has quickly become an absolute asset to the team. As Assistant Sales and Office Manager, he plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly, always with a positive attitude and a smile on his face.

Will brings energy, enthusiasm, and a real sense of joy to every shift, making him a much-loved part of the Regis family. His extensive knowledge and expertise in drinks and cocktails is a bonus that often comes in handy—especially during events and client-facing moments. Will’s passion for people, strong work ethic, and team-first approach make him an integral part of what makes Regis such a great place to work.
