Lunch was a light yet vibrant affair, featuring Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable Tomato Pasta and Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon, ideal for fuelling guests before an afternoon of fun Highland Games and Archery.
As the evening approached, we elevated the experience with a sumptuous sit-down meal that honoured Scotland’s rich culinary traditions. The highlight was the Chicken Stuffed with Haggis, paired with creamy Glayva Sauce, followed by a rich White Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert—a perfect finish to a day of indulgence.
Days 3-6: A Continued Culinary Adventure
The days that followed were filled with the tastes of Scotland. Traditional Scottish breakfasts kept everyone energized for the day’s adventures, from Murder Mystery events to Whisky Tastings. We continued to craft menus that were both diverse and familiar, offering delicious dishes like Scottish Roast Beef and indulgent desserts like Retro Trifle and Panna Cotta, served in shot glasses for a fun twist on classic favourites.
